The new schedule for asphalt crackfill and sealcoating is as follows:
CRACKFILL/SEALCOATING
RED AREA: Wednesday, October 22nd
GREEN AREA: Thursday, October 23rd
BLUE AREA: Friday, October 24th

2025 Annual Meeting
The date of the 2025 Annual Meeting and winter Board of Directors meeting will be announced once available.

Asphalt Repairs Rescheduled
Due to forecasted rain, the asphalt repairs that were rescheduled for Saturday have once again been rescheduled. This also pushes back the sealcoating that was scheduled to begin on September 29th.
The new dates for work are:
Asphalt Repairs – Friday, October 10
Crackfill/Sealcoating – Wednesday, October 22 to Friday, October 24

Draft 2026 Budget
The draft 2026 budget proposes a 0% increase in assessments. Click below to view the budget and provide your feedback, in writing, to [email protected] by no later than October 31, 2025.
The Board will review all feedback received prior to approving a final budget at their November meeting.

Veterans Day Holiday Trash Collection
Single family & Townhomes – Trash will be collected on the normal collection days, which are Monday and Thursday. Recycling will be collected on Thursday, November 13th.
Trash or recycling will be collected from the dumpsters on Wednesday and Friday.
