Board members play an important role in guiding the community’s operations and future. Responsibilities include:

  • Awarding contracts for services such as landscaping, snow removal, and community improvements.
  • Developing the annual budget and determining assessment amounts.
  • Working with committees and the management company to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Association.

We’re excited to announce our 2nd Annual Fall & Halloween Decorating Contest. Whether your style is spooky, silly, or simply fall-festive, we can’t wait to see what you create!

What to Decorate:
Yards
Front doors
Balconies
Any outdoor space you’d like to show off!

(Quick reminder: decorations should be kept to your own property and not in the community’s common areas.)Your decorations can be as over-the-top or as simple as you’d like – pumpkins, fall leaves, ghosts, goblins, or anything in between.

👻 Judging Night:
We’ll be checking out the decorations on Halloween night – Saturday, October 31st.

Labor Day Trash/Recycling

Trash WILL NOT be collected on Labor Day.  The next pick up will be on Thursday, September 10th.

Recycling will be collected on Thursday, September 10th.

The dumpsters will be collected per their normal schedule, except on Labor Day.
