SPRING IS HERE — IS YOUR HOME READY?
After a long, cold winter, it’s time to do some spring cleaning! Before the annual home inspection begins, take a minute to spruce up your home and yard.
- Move your snow shovels and ice buckets to inside your garage
- Carve a defined edge around your landscaping beds and mulch
- Remove and replace dead plants and prune overgrown landscaping
- Get pricing to paint, pressure wash or otherwise maintain your home’s exterior
If you’re planning a home improvement project to the outside of your home or yard, don’t forget to review the Design Guidelines as many modifications need approval from the HOA first.
Memorial Day Trash/Recycling
Single family and townhome owners:
Trash will NOT be picked up on Memorial Day. The next collection is Thursday, May 28th.
Recycling will slide one day and will be collected on Thursday, May 28th.
No trash or recycling will be collected from the dumpsters on Memorial Day.
Board of Directors Meeting
The next Board of Directors meeting for Norbeck Crossing HOA is scheduled for Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 7 p.m. To join the meeting, click on the Join Board Meeting button above.
