Norbeck Crossing Homeowners Association
It’s time for the Annual Inspection
Norbeck Crossing HOA does a yearly walkthrough of homes just to make sure everything looks well maintained and in line with community guidelines. The inspection is about keeping the neighborhood looking nice and protecting everyone’s home values. During the inspection, we look for things that might need attention—like worn trim, fading paint, or exterior changes that may not have been approved.
If something comes up, don’t worry— the process starts with a friendly note giving you about 30 days to respond. If they HOA doesn’t hear back, we’ll send a few reminders before anything more serious happens. The goal isn’t to fine anyone, but to work with you to fix the issue. You can take care of the repair, ask for more time, point out if something was flagged by mistake, or even appeal. As long as you respond, we’re happy to help you get it sorted out.
For more information on the annual inspection process and what we look for, visit the Annual Inspection Process page.
