Board members play an important role in guiding the community’s operations and future. Responsibilities include:
- Awarding contracts for services such as landscaping, snow removal, and community improvements.
- Developing the annual budget and determining assessment amounts.
- Working with committees and the management company to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Association.
By serving on the Board, you can help shape how the community looks and operates, ensuring that Norbeck Crossing remains a vibrant, attractive, and well-maintained place to live. No prior experience is required. Candidates must be homeowners in good standing and have a willingness to serve the community.
If you have questions or would like more information about Board service, please contact your Property Manager, Emily Wilberg, at [email protected].
