Norbeck Crossing HOA is comprised of single family homes, townhomes and three Condominium associations.  The HOA is the umbrella association under which the three Condominiums fall.

As the umbrella association, the HOA is responsible for maintaining the common areas that fall outside the Condominium boundaries.  The HOA maintains the tot lots, trash corrals, parking lots and main sidewalks.  Each Condominium maintains their buildings, foundation landscaping  and lead sidewalks.

Each Condominium has its own Board of Directors and governing documents.  Condominium owners are part of both their condominium and the HOA.
